This Privacy Policy explains how VH ŠPORT s.r.o. (“we”, “us”), operating under the brand SportVH Promo, processes personal data collected through the website sportvhpromo.com (the “Website”). We are the controller of this data.

  • Email correspondence — the data contained in emails you send us.
  • Technical data — IP address, browser type and request logs processed by our hosting provider to deliver and secure the Website.

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies on this Website.

3. Why we process it and on what legal basis

  • To respond to your enquiry and prepare a proposal — steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • To manage our business relationship with clients and partners — performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • To operate, secure and maintain the Website — our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • To comply with legal obligations, such as accounting and tax rules (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

4. Who receives your data

We share personal data only with service providers that help us run the Website and our business — for example website hosting and form handling (Netlify, Inc.), email providers and font delivery (Google Fonts) — and with public authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell personal data.

5. International transfers

Some of our providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, the transfer is protected by appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

6. How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to cooperation are deleted within 24 months of our last contact. Data related to a contract is kept for the duration of the contract and afterwards for as long as required by accounting, tax and other legal obligations.
